We’re exploring Uncharted worlds and asking…
What kind of future is trying to emerge, and who must we become to build it together?
Advocacy: THE NEW WORLD ORDER
We sent a letter to Mark Carney, the Prime Minister of Canada, and other elected officials, federal and provincial, inviting a different kind of conversation about the future of healthcare in Canada. The letter is available in French here.
Shared spaces: NEW SCHOOL - A LEARNING ECOLOGY FOR CARE
Traditional medical education trains clinicians to deliver care, and leadership programs train managers to execute it. The New School goes further, offering a broader learning ecology for healthcare professionals, leaders, and advocates to engage with the complex realities of caring.
Planned Gathering: LISTENING FOR TOMORROW
This is not your usual conference. It is an experience that invites participants to sense and respond to emerging futures. It is a call to recalibrate how we perceive the world, to notice subtle signals that can guide us toward a healthier, more vibrant future. If “business as usual” is no longer serving us, what new horizon might lead to the kind of healthcare experience we truly aspire to?
Project: DIALOGUING - EXPLORING THE UNSEEN IN THE PATIENT/PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Cultivating new ways that healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers can relate to their shared healthcare experience. Exploring how story can surface the unseen and complex realities faced by older adults and people living with cancer.

Meeting the Edge of Care
What if care was a living ecology, not an idea, but something we are already inside of. We explore a itme that feels like it is unraveling. Unraveling, not because care is absent, bur rather because everything is so profoundly entangled, so irreducibly relational, that the tremors in one place are felt everywhere.

Life Beyond the Silo
This conversation asks a deeper question: if our current model of health is making both caregivers and communities unwell, what would it mean to imagine health differently? What forms of leadership, relationship, and collective action become possible when we stop trying to optimize a broken paradigm and begin building another one altogether?
